The mature loc stage is just as exciting as the teenage stage, but this excitement is different. Your locs have finally started to mature. How can you tell? well your locs are heavier, which would indicate that the budding process has come to completion. This is the loc stage that the locs begin to grow in length and reach their desired diameter. This is the size that your locs will be. Some people will notice making it to this stage towards the end of their first year. Once the weight gets into your locs they hand lower and begin to go through the dropping process. The ends of your locs are the last section that goes through the maturation process but this is where your antenna form and that’s the most important part so be sure to take great care of them!
